I don’t write many reviews, but my experience with Dr. Rodney Andrews and the team at Charleston Medicine and Behavioral Health has genuinely changed my life, and it deserves to be shared. From the first appointment, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time: hope. Dr. Andrews doesn’t just listen — he hears you. He asks thoughtful questions, notices the small things, and makes you feel like your story and your well‑being truly matter. His compassion is real, and his guidance has helped me navigate some of the hardest moments of my life with clarity and confidence. The entire staff is warm, patient, and incredibly understanding. They create an environment where you can take a deep breath, feel safe, and know you’re in the right hands. It's the kind of kindness and professionalism that stays with you long after your appointment is over. Every visit leaves me feeling supported, cared for, and genuinely seen. Dr. Andrews has a rare gift—not just as a clinician, but as a human being who shows up for his patients with empathy and heart. I’m beyond grateful for the care I’ve received here. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect, compassion, and true dedication, Charleston Medicine and Behavioral Health is a blessing. I can’t recommend Dr. Andrews enough.

I’d be hard pressed to find a better team of people than Dr Rodney Andrews and Charleston Medicine and Behavioral Health! Dr Andrews, himself, is an incredible therapist and human being who is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in the mental health space. I’ve been seeing Dr Andrews for several months now and each time I visit, I’m reminded of how invested he is in patients and their mental wellbeing. Beyond Dr Andrews, his staff is warm, welcoming, and very hospitable. This practice is the real deal and I’m grateful to have found them.
