Hello Dr. Donovan, I want to thank you for the good and thorough job you did on shaving down the scar tissue on my arch. My foot feels so much better after tennis and walking! I also appreciate your straightforward advice about how to maintain it going forward and not to fall for any voodoo remedies for neuropathy. In addition, it’s also refreshing to have a medical appointment with so little fuss on all the paperwork and bureaucracy.

My husband visited Dr. Donovan this afternoon and had this to say: Dr. Donovan is awesome. His operation is what healthcare should be. He has no extraneous staff. He greeted me 10 minutes before my appointment and took me straight back. After an exam he says can we do an X-ray ? I’m thinking I’d have to go to another facility like every other doctor. However, when I said yes, he said step over here where we completed the X-ray to confirm no fracture. He then finished diagnosing me and recommended treatment, took my payment and I was out in maybe 15 minutes. Incredible. So glad I have “a foot guy.” Wish I had people like him for the rest of my body and/or he could teach the rest of the medical community a way other than their nonsense.
