The most dismissive and inhumane care I have ever received from a doctor. As other reviews have pointed out, Dr. Bolen does not respect your time or money spent. This was the office that truly sent me on a holistic journey because enough was enough - waiting months for a 10 minute appointment, not being heard, money being wasted and only being given pill prescription solutions. The office staff and woman who did my EEG had more care in their pinky than Dr. Bolen will ever have in his life. You can tell he is not happy within his career, which is detrimental in this field.

Got referred to this clinic. It has been filled with so much difficulty getting a hold of someone. It's been over a week now of leaving voicemails for a referral. I even spoke with the physician there for after hours and he said with compassion to my situation someone would call me on Monday, it's more than 1/2 way through Monday and still no call. You're seeking a doctor if you're in pain and need help and the hardest part shouldn't be scheduling an appointment. It's a shame.

I definitely agree with the negative reviews. This office is extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve been hung up on several times, left on ridiculously long holds and they had the nerve to owe me $5 from my co-pay which they didn’t have change for. Dr Bolden rushed through patients like he’s running a sweat shop. He spends more time talking than listening. He thinks he knows everything but he doesn’t hear the patient out. I’m spending MY hard earned money at an appointment I want my time acknowledged and appreciated. If it wasn’t for Meeka (I hope that’s how it’s spelled) I would’ve left. She’s the ONLY one doing actual work up there. She goes the extra mile for patients. Staying late, fighting the insurance companies, returning calls, she’s amazing and deserves her flowers.
