Summit Spine

I recently became a patient of Summit Spine & Joint Centers and I have to say, my first visit was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the nurse who did the intake was such a calming presence! It really put me at ease and set the tone for the whole visit. Dr. Hamilton was a gem! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. We came up with a care plan that aligns with my goals of treatment. I felt like I could talk openly with him and that my concerns were taken seriously. As someone relatively young who suffers with chronic pain and a condition that will progress, it's so important to me to know I have providers who understand and can provide the right care. I was able to schedule my injection when leaving the office which was such a relief! And one of the nurses even saw my husband struggling a bit with my wheelchair and the door, so she hurried over to help by opening both of the doors herself. It was so sweet of her, and it really touched me to see that kind of compassion here. Sidenote- I was prescribed one this past November so he's still getting used to helping me with it. All in all, I have to say I am just floored by the compassion and care I have received here thus far, and I have high hopes for the future!

This place is 100% garbage....5+ Months to get something done subscribe a 5mg med likecwhats that's that going to do but they looking to make all the money off of you by sending you to the greenville to get the shots done are your not getting anything at all. It's funny how they can't read other mri's after having several done they want to send you they tell me how bad it looks and everything else but they only want to give you a low dose of something you better off taking eight or nine ibuprofen. Oh and that's not talk about the waiting time in the waiting room cuz some I don't know how to do their damn job. Then they act like it's your responsibility to tell him that you need a certain date to do it on or that can't happen we'll give you the one we need you to have look it ain't my place to do your job. Funny checking out they're sitting around doing nothing talking to each other or being on their phones. On highly recommend going somewhere else

Dr Hamilton and his whole staff have been nothing but helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend this practice. They’re compassionate and caring people who are willing to listen and help to get their patients the best possible treatment for their health needs. It’s nice to finally have relief from everyday pain. Even just temporary relief is better than no relief. Thank you Dr Hamilton.
