Dr. J, LaCole, and Jen provide something uniquely different in a medical world dominated by clinicians who stopped caring. If you suffer from chronic pain, or acute injuries, this is the place for you. Dr. J is the exact person who should be caring for patients. He is genuinely compassionate, understanding and thorough. He works with you to find the best solution -for you- to get you functioning better. If it doesnt work fully, he doesnt give up and has countless ideas and next steps to help. Him, LaCole and Jen are a constant support to me. They text me to check in and are always responsive if I have an issue or need help, even when im not booking procedures or have apts he always stays up to date on my care outside of there. The standards in medicine have become so low, its refreshing to find a team like this. Dr. J is one of the few clinicians I trust whole heartedly. I know he isnt going to recommend something he doesnt fully believe is going to help. He isnt shuffling people in and out like cattle. This team works hard to help you. Im incredibly thankful I found them.

Dr. Jakubowicz, Lacole and the rest of the staff were great! Dr. J spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the procedure and aftercare. I was in the office for a few hours and I never felt uncomfortable or rushed. Highly recommend the team!
