I met with Dr. Jansen and he was very informative and did not rush our session at all. I had done some research before on what I wanted done and he confirmed what needed to be done. Before talking about surgery he provided other less expensive alternatives, which demonstrated to me he wasn't focused on just surgery. My nephew who is a surgeon recommend him and I was not disappointed.

Telehealth was great. I had the wrong time but Dr. Rich remained available and we were able to connect. As always Dr. Rich was super respectful and we were able to get our appointment finished and a future one planned. No blame because I had the wrong time. Thanks to a great team.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Jessica Swaim. I’ve seen her for an office visit, and she also recently performed a surgical procedure for me. From the very beginning, Dr. Swaim was extremely kind, patient, and approachable. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained my treatment options in a clear and reassuring way, and never made me feel rushed. During both my appointment and procedure, she helped me feel comfortable and at ease, which meant a great deal to me. Her calm demeanor, compassion, and professionalism truly stood out. I felt confident that I was in very capable hands. I am very grateful for the care I’ve received so far and would highly recommend Dr. Swaim to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and genuinely caring urologist.
