Professional and clean environment. The team is very kind and friendly. The only thing is it would be nice to have some type of acknowledgment when they are running behind. It sucks to have your schedule thrown off because you were waiting 30 mins in the waiting room. This happens pretty much every time I come in.

Please exercise caution when using this infusion center. Their scheduling department has significant issues, resulting in multiple conflicts over several months. Consequently, the illness we are managing has worsened, necessitating hospitalization at one point. There is a complete lack of follow-up. Many patients lack the energy to repeatedly call just to schedule an infusion. Even when a senior physician submits all the necessary paperwork, and the only remaining step is scheduling, there are still substantial delays and difficulties in arranging the medically required infusion. While the nurses onsite are phenomenal, the issue lies with the administration, which prevents the nursing staff from assisting their patients as needed. This has been a series of disappointments. Improvement is essential, as people's lives depend on your services.

The staff are the greatest and very personable. The doctors LPN and nurses are very thoughtful and attentive even when there’s a full house they still care I have been going for 15 years and this new office is relaxing comfortable and clean
