Synergy Wellness and Weight Loss

The physician did not order a comprehensive thyroid panel and prescribed T4 only. As a result, I experienced significant physical decline accompanied by severe pain. Additionally, the staff’s conduct was highly unprofessional. During a blood draw, there the lady blew my vein and, rather than expressing concern, looked directly in my eyes and said slowly, “I hope this next one doesn’t blow out.” I reassured her at the time, not realizing that the excessive pressure she applied would cause further damage, resulting in additional vein blown and visible bruising. She made no attempt to apologize. Upon reflection, it appeared her actions may have been intentional. It is also troubling that Dr. Dent’s son was present in the office, distributing medication in an unprofessional manner, which raises serious concerns about the standards of care and oversight at this practice.

Dr. Dent and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Dent and his staff care about my overall health. They do a comprehensive treatment plan in the beginning. They are not only concerned about my weight loss, which is why I went to Synergy, but they also want to prevent me from getting various illnesses. I have lost weight, 30lbs., but I am still working towards my goal. I highly recommend Synergy, if you want to get your body back together and be healthy.

Dr. Dent is very professional and very nice! Felt very comfortable talking to him. His staff is very nice and supportive during your journey! I lost 50 pounds in three months and my journey continues.. If you want to lose weight this is the place !
