You can barely get them on the phone, text or email. No where on their site does it state there is only one person answering all communications. At first I didn’t understand why they were very nonresponsive after sending an email on a Thursday, Friday and then a text and having to call on the following Monday and still no reply or response. Not good when they have various people financial information or if the patient is having health issues on the medication etc. UPDATE::: After me bringing this issue to their attention they decided to sever patient relationships in the middle of a treatment plan, which is totally fine and agreeable with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR WEIGHT LOSS. Their communication is minimal and unprofessional, which in the end, pans out being unproductive in achieving weight loss goals. Stay away….

Literally just walked in and had an appointment and the medication shipped within like 12 hours. Sweetest people I’ve met. Such a great place. Christa was so pleasant and right on top of it. Strongly recommend!!
