I ordered a Newtowne chamber and the money was faxed to Michelle for the order. Michelle was supportive and helpful when we started. She contacted me on a Sunday in a panic wanting to know the status of the wire. Sunday. By Tuesday she canceled the order. She sent a check for the refund that took over 3 weeks to clear. Michelle was great and very helpful throughout the process. We purchased the Summit to Sea and are very happy with the unit. The wife and I have both put in over 20 hours so far. I've noticed my Suduko game has improved and my wife finds it very calming and helping with her anxiety.
