I have been a patient for a few years now. I have a thyroid condition and hx of reproductive issues w/ miscarriage. what first drew me to Harmony is the providers’ foundational beliefs on treating the human body and the standards they hold themselves to in treating patients. They support and encourage preventative therapies before jumping to traditional.. for me this is very important! Dr Ingram and Dr Podraza are phenomenal. I tell all my friends Harmony is the OBGYN you should see. All of their staff from assistants, nurses, rad tech, lab tech, admin, etc, everyone is super kind, friendly, and accommodating.. I have several “thank you” stories, but one of them happened recently … Yesterday I saw a new endocrine to get established since my insurance changed- couldn't see my regular endo anymore. Long story short It was a terrible experience-the doctor disagreed with my need for routine labs, said my T3 didn't need to be treated with medicine, and that my reproductive hormonal problems weren't connected to my thyroid function….. (CRAZY!) I walked out and told them l'd find care elsewhere. Harmony first treated my thyroid issues before I sought out endocrine.. and they’ve done a fantastic job. I went to Harmony after and I asked if I could be added on for my routine labs (was due for them). I had been fasted from meds and would wait however long it took. They discussed with the lab tech and made an exception for me! I was sooo grateful. Exceptional staff. Im thankful we have doctors like this in Memphis.. hard to come by !!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I called regarding a medication that was making me very nauseous and received a call back advising me to take it as a suppository. I immediately realized the medication wasn’t intended for that use, so I let her know. The staff member told me to disregard her advice and said she’d follow up after lunch, but I never received a call back. A week passed, and since I couldn’t just stop the medication, I continued taking it but kept getting sick. I called again, was told I’d get another call back, and again, nothing. After another week without any response, I finally stopped taking it on my own. When I called today to request a referral elsewhere, the staff member I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and talked down to me in a condescending tone. This clinic has been completely unprofessional, and I no longer trust them with my care. Giving incorrect medication instructions and failing to follow up on patient concerns is unacceptable. I will not be returning and am considering taking this matter further.

Fantastic care. Great option instead of a fertility clinic. Great success with root cause and naturally conceiving a healthy pregnancy. Christian world view. Highly recommend!
