I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical about whether laser acupuncture would actually help me quit smoking, as I was a smoker for over 20 yrs & had tried to quit with medicine, the patch, hypnotherapy, and going cold turkey - and was not successful with any of those methods. I even got to a point where I believed that nothing would work & that I would be a smoker for the rest of my life. So one day, a friend of a friend was telling me about how he had recently stopped smoking after 30+ yrs of being a smoker. I asked him how & that's when I learned about Sonja. I cannot say how glad I am that I gave her a try bc Im FINALLY smoke-free. I could not have done it without her. What really stood out to me wasn't just the treatment itself, but how she treated me as a person. She is incredibly compassionate & down-to-earth. She never made me feel judged for how long I’d been smoking because she is an ex smoker herself. She truly listened to my history & my struggles, and that level of care made such a huge difference in my mindset. ​The sessions were painless & actually very relaxing. But, her personable & supportive nature really helped as well, as I couldn't have got that from anyone else. She genuinely cares about her clients success & treated me with real kindness. It’s the best decision I’ve made for my health. I have not smoked in 2 months now, nor have I even wanted to. I never thought I'd be where I am today but here I am. Thank you, Sonja ❤️

Sonja was great! Not only knowledgeable and professional, she was also kind, accommodating and very welcoming. She answered all questions before the appointment and has followed up afterwards to check in. I believe the procedure, supplements (optional) and support have played a big part in the continuing success of smoking cessation.
