Dr. Lacy and her team are the absolute best! I've been coming here for about 2 years now and haven't had a bad experience. My most recent visits (annual & followup) were seamless & quick. MIG has been in network for both my prior United Healthcare and my current Cigna insurances as well!

I really didn't care for the experience. I arrived earlier than expected for my appointment and even after my scheduled appointment time seeing MD Lacy was extremely delayed. I spent an unnecessary amount of time in the office for what would usually take an hour or less for a typical visit. 2 Hours and several minutes is excessive. Also, when she arrived in the room she gave no apology for her tardiness. For what the visit cost me I would have did better going elsewhere. I have an ongoing reproductive issue that for sure is requiring surgery, she finally agreed after going back and forth to give me referrals for a surgeon. At first, she was stern on me taking over the counter Ibuprofen and birth control (which I kept telling her I can't take with my issue of clotting risks). Other than the labs I needed, I found the visit no so necessary because I could've gone elsewhere for a better patient experience and someone who was honestly interested in me having a better outcome.

Dr. Lacey was great. She listened, she was thorough. However the business side experience was an absolute 0. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get to the bottom of where things went wrong. I went to More 901 in October and had an annual as well as some other test ran. I paid almost 300 dollars in person since I do not have insurance. Then I received another bill online from More 901 for 69. I was told this was for my portion of labs. I soon after received a bill from path group labs for 515 dollars. I call more 901 furious as I was blind sided with this bill. They informed me that I didn’t owe path group anything and that they would handle this as I was wrongfully charged. I call multiple times a week to ensure that this is being handled. I was promised multiple times that they had been in contact with path group and to not worry about it as I didn’t owe them anything. A month goes by I received another letter from path group labs telling me I owed them the 515 again. I call more 901 they call path group. I’m told to ignore any further bills from path group because it has been handled. Fast forward to January. Another month has passed I received a more threatening bill from path group. I call more 901, I show up in person with copies of my bills and ask that this be handled as I’m tired of having this same conversation. I’m promised that it has been handled and that I just need to wait to talk to billing/the accountant. I wait to hear from them for 2 weeks, to which I was then told that I was over charged from more 901 in the first place and that I was owed 134 from more 901 and that I did in fact owe some money to path group. I’m then told that they would reach out to path group to get my number that I owed down as it was an insurance rate and shouldn’t have been so high. I had to call multiple weeks in a row to ensure they were actually doing anything they said they were going to. They didn’t do anything. I had to call and call to get anything handled. I eventually called path group myself to tell them that I should be paying a self-pay payment and not insurance rate payment. The assured me that it was the self-pay amount and that I did in fact, I owe them $515 and that my bill will be going to collections soon. So now my bill has already been sent to another party. That’s threatening me after being told by Moore 901 for over three months that I did not owe path group a dime I had To call Moore 901 repeatedly and text the manager repeatedly to finally get the check for the 134 that I was overcharged from their behalf. It’s unfortunate. Dr. Lacy was great and Shawn was also so helpful and sweet but the whole place just seems to be an absolute train wreck.
