Ahhhhmazing experience! I have not done a sauna before due to the temp being too high, so this was a perfect alternative. I went in not feeling great and left feeling so much better. I will be adding this to my wellness routine! Brooke, the owner is super kind and informative! It’s always cool to do business with someone so passionate about what they do. Highly recommend!

You know it’s good when it’s hard! I sweat the most I have ever sweat in my life at once in the best way. The Ozone Sauna has so many benefits that I am happy to be reaping during my session. Your head sticks out of the top and they point a fan on it so that it stays cool. After the Ozone Suana session they give you a lavender towel that was to die for. The cold plunge tub was great - a huge size (can fit two people). It would be fun to do with a friend! Overall the studio was so clean and the staff is so kind.

This is the first Ozone sauna in Nashville & I love it. The booking process is so easy and quick and the prices are extremely reasonable for all the benefits and how much better I feel after trying this. I recommend this place to anyone that’s trying to up their game or just looking for a healthy habit to start!!
