I had been dealing with significant pain for several days with very little relief, so I decided to visit Twin Creeks Orthopedics and Regenerative Clinic. I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Alex took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and recommended trigger point injections. I felt relief shortly after treatment, which was such a huge blessing after being in constant discomfort. I truly appreciate the compassion and expertise shown during my visit. I visited Twin Creeks Orthopedics for the first time today through a random Google search. I was intrigued by their approach to treatment and healing so I decided to give it a try. I was glad I did. They saw me quickly and were very friendly. Alex was very patient with me and spent a lot of time explaining my issue as well as the pros and cons of various treatment options. He was honest and I did not feel any pressure to do something I was not ready for. Pricing was very reasonable and they quickly Emailed me some exercises I could do at home. I will definitely come back!

I had been dealing with some intense nerve pain in my shoulder for past 5 days. Unable to comfortably sleep or do usual activities, I sought professional help. After seeing a chiropractor every day with little to no relief (or actual diagnosis), I decided to see an orthopedic specialist. Super thankful to have found Alex Bulan, the PA-C at Twin Creeks Orthopedic and Regenerative Clinic in Allen! Absolutely amazing!!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Upon examining me, he diagnosed and explained in detail my pain’s root cause. He suggested a personalized treatment plan for my shoulder impingement and tendonitits, which included doing an in-office Toradol injection. I felt a lot better leaving his office than when I arrived, which was almost in tears from the pain. Alex was the first practitioner who identified my problem and then give me immediate relief without masking the issue by steroid injections. Highly recommend Twin Creeks! And a shout out to both Royal and Neal at the reception desk as both very pleasant, professional and compassionate too. Highly recommend Twin Creeks in Allen for any orthopedic or regenerative issues!
