Please see my 5-star review of Low T & Wellness Center in Allen, based on this 2-star review of my previous clinic, TCT. Thanks. ***** ***** I am upgrading my original 2017 5-star review and replacing with this 2025 2-star review. I no longer recommend TCT. I stopped going to TCT 4-5 years ago. They had major problems with their billing and insurance. They also had 2 providers who were always super conservative in their dosing. Those 2 providers were Andy and Abby. I have no issues with the owner, Augie Galindo. He was the best. Unfortunately he had 3-4 locations and stopped his regular provider duties to focus on the business. My ideal dosage is 200mg per week. Andy and Abby were younger doctors and they would base their dosages on my bloodwork results. They never listed to how I feel. I think right before I had left TCT, Abby dropped me down to 140mg per week which was useless. Also they had several problems with billing and insurance. I had to pay extra out of pocket to my insurance company, because they never processed the insurance correctly. The amount I should have been charged after insurance should have been higher. They messed up the insurance and billing and I had to pay for 1-year worth of services for charges that my insurance provider (Aetna, 90-10 plan). It was a mess because the underbilled charges went to collections. I don't have the exact amount that went to collections, but it was in the $1000-$1500 range. TCT -- 1 star review based on PA Andy / Andrew. I am leaving it at 2 stars only because of the owner Augie. It was sad to leave TCT because I was with them from the very beginning. In fact, I first met the owner Augie through Low-T Centers where he was just a provider. Please note that I have not been a patient of TCT for the last 3 years. I found a new center in Allen and have been very pleased with them. If you are looking for a provider with a great staff and who actually listens to the patient, please visit: Low Testosterone & Wellness Center 945 W Stacy Rd #120 Allen, TX 75013 Co-owned by the husband and wife PA team of Randy Stiz and Cami Stiz. They are 5-star providers with 5-star staff. PS -- I am been back on my ideal dosage of 200mg per week and feel GREAT. Yay Me! LOL. ***** *****

Best clinic I've ever been to in my life! Both Randy and Cami are well educated and knowledgeable about women going through menopause and helping you find solutions for the root of the problems, not just band aids like all other doctors. They truly listen to your needs, and they do everything with their knowledge to help you feel better! Go one time and you will not regret it!

They will tell you, you must pay out of pocket even though I have insurance. I paid $75 to be told, “I need to come back and get my blood drawn”. The $75 was to see the physician who basically said come back after you fast. I returned and paid another $35 before being seen, then to be told, I have to pay for my labs out of pocket, all the while I have BCBS PPO insurance. Edit: Jasmine (very professional) called me and informed that mistakes were made on their behalf and they are currently trying to resolve the issue.
