I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hendawi and the entire care team at TMI for my knee surgery. From my very first appointment through surgery and recovery, I felt truly heard, respected, and cared for. I originally went to Dr. Hendawi to get a second opinion on some recurring issues with my knee and ended up feeling so comfortable and confident with his recommended course of action that I opted to have him handle the surgery. He took the time to explain the process, answered every question thoughtfully, and was transparent throughout the entire process. The expertise and professionalism at TMI are top notch, and their compassion and genuine concern for my well-being set them apart from other orthopedic surgery centers I have been to. The office staff, support team, and physical therapists (especially Lily) were equally fantastic — organized, responsive, and always kind. Every interaction made an otherwise stressful process feel manageable and reassuring. If you’re looking for a surgeon who is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and truly invested in their patients, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and Dr. Hendawi. I’m incredibly thankful for such excellent care (and my fixed knee!).

Unfortunately I had to come to this location for one appointment and I did not have a great experience like the Mansfield location. The front desk lady seemed very uninterested and did not make me feel welcome. When I did my physical therapy the day after my surgery I had to get cleaned up/ blood drained and the PT was not sanitary at all. He dropped the bandage on the floor and picked it up and put it on me, we had told him and he said that he wasn't going to put the side that fell on me, TWICE. He then pushed down the trash can overflowing full of others bodily fluid and did not change his glove after and kept handling me. Luckily my next appointments are at the mansfield location you would not catch me coming here ever again.

Dr Seroyer is my current orthopedic surgeon that provides “the jiffy knee replacement surgery” when I tell you that he is the best surgeon in our region it is 100% fact. My little brother had to have knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks prior to me and his surgeon did the traditional knee replacement. He experienced extreme bruising, an extensive scar and more severity of pain. My surgery was w/o any complications, I was able to use a walker immediately to make my laps around the first floor nurses station. Every nurse that cared for me has such respect for Dr. Seroyer and the upmost respect for his procedures and rapid recovery process. I am now 4-weeks post surgery “free of my walker” surgical site looks amazing (no long scars or intense bruising) that you don’t find with traditional knee replacement surgeries. I don’t even need the use of a cane except possibly as a back up on long excursions. I am meeting and exceeding my physical therapy goals. Would you believe I was able to attend my grandson’s Varsity football game! I am 70-years young and all I have to do is follow my therapy instructions and ice my knee. I almost have full range of extensions due to the amazing Physical Therapy team. Thank you TMI for a miraculous experience!!!
