A&P Quality Care Medical

I have worked with different medical supply companies throughout the years but not one has come even close to the reliability and care that A&P provides its customers. Their team members from all their departments are a pleasure to work with but I can’t say enough about Armando. Armando always goes above and beyond to make sure that we get all of our supplies in a timely manner. Armando is always friendly and kind just amazing. Always available and willing to go the extra mile to make sure his families are taken care of.

THIS PLACE HAS BEEN A BLESSING for my special needs kiddo and for me as a parent caring for him. Armando in particular has been wonderful. My oldest temporarily needed medical supplies after being born at 26 weeks, and we went through ANOTHER company that provided supplies and nothing else…….. Now, my youngest who is special needs has been getting his supplies through A&P, and I have been positively surprised to experience that they not only send supplies, but also truly care about the kiddos who rely on them. Armando has been the person we’ve been working with, and when insurance issues have come up, he personally reaches out to insurance to try and get things approved. He is super on top of getting supplies shipped and has provided recommendations/resources when insurance has prevented shipment. It is so refreshing to have someone go above and beyond their job title to care for people. Take it from me as someone who’s experienced the services of another company- it really makes a difference, especially in terms of mental stress, to have a competent and empathetic medical supply provider.

We have been using A&P for several years. Joe is always so incredibly kind and helpful. He does his very best to meet our needs. Quentin has always been amazing as well. He’s very kind and compassionate and delivers our equipment in a very timely manner. Thank you A&P!
