It has taken me *months* to work up the spoons to write a review for this clinic. Being chronically ill is already hard enough, but it is made exponentially harder when the people who are supposed to help manage that pain become an active hindrance to that process. My initial interactions with the clinic were great and, outside of Dr. Fay, they mostly remained so. We were encouraged to look into whether an epidural would help with managing my pain, as I was very upfront with wanting to avoid opiates if possible. We did the requested tests and came back to discuss the procedure. Not only was Dr. Fay extraordinarily rude to my wife, he flatly refused to perform the procedure. We asked why and he simply kept refusing our questions without *any* explanation. Neither of us raised our voices during the appointment, unlike the medical ‘professional’ in charge of managing people in pain. Further, he ended the appointment by yelling at us and storming out of the room. I have dealt with chronic pain for decades. I’ve been gaslight and ignored by doctors for 20yrs+ and have never seen such a childish display from a doctor. It wasn’t until I thought to check the reviews that I saw he had treated another client similarly recently as well. Disabled people deserve better than what this state does to us.

Dr. Ostadian is always informative, caring, a great listener, and can answer all questions and navigate beautifully in giving me answers and information to consider. He thinks fast and thoroughly and explains possible procedures, outcomes, the process to be experienced, or the medications that might help my situation. I appreciate Dr. Ostadian being open minded and considerate of my needs. Thank you, Dr. Ostadian; you are really helping me along this journey of chronic pain from a degenerative spine. With great appreciation, Nancy Keasler

Terrible experiences with the admin office of this clinic! Dr. Fay is an outstanding physician and a professional person. Thank you Dr. Fay. Laura, the "Clinical Manager" is very unkind and frankly a rude person. On the day of my procedure, she cancelled and postponed my procedure while she was well aware that I am in pain and need that procedure done that day. She cancelled my follow-up appointment! Apparently, she is at the front line at this company to make the most money for this company with no considerations of the patient pain or patient care!! very disappointing. Mehrdad Vatani, Ph.D.
