Recently introduced to Cryo-I didn’t know much about it. A little background: I recently started back with physical training and I was getting really sore and struggling with muscle recovery. Even though I was doing all the right things to improve my recovery. Overall, looking to improve my overall health. I use to be 250 pounds now I’m down to 180. 30 more to go. Today was my first session and I feel so much better. They just got a customer for life! Highly recommend!! Very clean & very friendly staff & great atmosphere! 🤘🏼

I recently visited Cryotherapy Coppell with my family, and I am genuinely impressed with their service and care. The facility is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Bobby, the owner, is welcoming and knowledgeable. He ensured our experience was tailored to our individual needs, even accommodating my 10-year-old and 18-year-old sons. He makes everyone feel comfortable by explaining the process thoroughly. He also talks to you during the session to make the 3 minutes go by faster. My husband, who has been dealing with sciatica, felt significant relief within an hour of his session. We were amazed by the results and grateful for the care provided by Bobby. In addition to whole body cryotherapy, you can request spot treatments to help with pain in specific areas at no additional cost. Additionally, I tried their facial service, which is refreshing and left my skin feeling rejuvenated. It also helps wake you up and make you less groggy. My husband noticed a reduction in wrinkles and puffiness. I highly recommend them for anyone considering cryotherapy. You get a lot of bang for your buck! I hate being cold but cryotherapy makes it bearable - the 3 minutes go by quickly and you feel better afterwards!
