I just completed the 11 day program at RBH and it has completely changed my life. I have suffered severe pain for the last 20 years due to a law enforcement career and a military career with four combat deployments. The constant pain sent me into a dark place that affected my family, my work, and my well-being. On day one, I was at a pain level of 8.5 , as I have been for the last 20 years. By day 5, I was at a low 1 pain level! The treatment and technology used to treat us veterans and first responders is nothing short of a God-send. The practitioners and staff are some of the best people I have had the priviledge to meet in my 60 years on God's earth. They treated us with dignity, respect, and empathy treating us more like family than patients. I left there today feeling like I did 30 years ago!! No pain to speak of. I am postponing a knee replacement surgery due to no more knee pain, my mind is much clearer, my blood pressure is consistently lower. I am now getting off of 2 medicines that I have been taking for 15+ years. If you suffer from chronic pain, dizziness, imbalance, sight/focus issues or other issues that your personal PCP can't explain or diagnose, I highly recommend that you get to the BRHI as quickly as you can. They have literally changed my life and I am forever grateful for it.

I’ve been twice for a total of three weeks of treatment (2 weeks / 1 week). Both of my visits were exceptional. I live 8.5 hours from RBH. I cannot brag on the entire staff enough. From the Docs to the technicians to the front office to the personal trainer to the nurses at LifeStream, treatment at RBH is top notch! They have equipment and use modalities that I have yet to find at any other of the TBI/neruo clinics I’ve used. From a grateful veteran. Credit to the Texas Valor Project as well.

In August 2023, I suffered a brain stem/thalamic stroke that left me with central post-stroke pain (CPSP). For two years, I lived with debilitating pain. Medications offered only minimal relief, and even alternative treatments like acupuncture brought little improvement. I was exhausted, desperate, and beginning to lose hope.
In the spring of 2025, I decided to seek treatment at Resiliency Brain Health in Coppell, TX, after hearing about my cousin’s positive experience there. From my very first assessment with Dr. Eisenmann, I felt reassured. She was thorough, encouraging, and realistic—never making big promises, but confident that their team could help.
For seven weeks, I traveled from East Texas to Coppell for two days of treatment each week. My program included TMS, hyperbaric chamber sessions, and therapies designed to help my brain relearn and rewire how it processed pain. Today, I continue with monthly visits and at-home exercises to support my recovery.

DA BEST in the GAME! 6 months after being hit by a car I was dizzy, confused, untreated and undiagnosed. After leaving my intake evaluation I told my mom, that for the first time I think we found someone that can help. Sure enough after a 2-week intensive I am more than happy to say my intuition was spot on. During my 2-week intensive Dr. Eisenmann was continuously evaluating and monitoring my very fluid and complex post concussive injuries. While also maintaining a sense of calm, positivity. Dr. Eisenmann Jay, Kevin & the rest of the crew truly did an outstanding job. They gave me protein bars and electrolytes if i hadn't eaten before coming, truly bending over backwards to help me in this hard time. Like bringing in some Dr. Lady from across the street who correctly prescribed a face cream that cleared horrendous acne a dermatologist couldn't fix.
Truly owe this lady like 5 yrs of my life thank you!
Now is it worth the $$? ABSOLUTELY (if you can, i had parents help) but I mean the change in my scores from before to after my intensive were drastically better, I feel a million times better and I am so thankful to of found them and to of been accepted so quickly for treatment.
PS: be ready for her to start asking you to cut back on your vices9Nicotine/Sweets), don't worry though you won't be needing them after this treatment.
