Dr. Noack and his team deserve the utmost respect and admiration. Managing multiple offices across DFW sounds like a logistical nightmare, yet they operate like a fine Swiss watch, with every team member moving in perfect sync. I previously had Achilles surgery in 2013 with another provider, and something never felt right afterward. I’ve had multiple surgeries in my life, so I know what “normal” recovery feels like, and this wasn’t it. Unfortunately, that procedure resulted in nerve damage and extensive rehabilitation. When I met with Dr. Noack, I explained my history and concerns. He listened carefully and developed a thoughtful plan to repair the damage and reinforce the area by adding an additional ligament for structural integrity. That level of precision and foresight gave me real confidence. Before surgery, Dr. Noack and his longtime anesthesiologist took the time to make me feel comfortable. Knowing they’ve worked together for decades brought an added sense of trust and reassurance. Post-surgery, the follow-up calls, emails, and overall communication have been outstanding. They genuinely check in, not just as a formality, but because they care about your recovery. This is how a care facility should operate: solutions first, patient care always. I’m optimistic that my future mobility and quality of life will be vastly improved thanks to Dr. Noack and his exceptional team. Highly recommend.

Y’all … Dr. Cook is the G.O.A.T. This wasn’t my first surgery to help my ankle that had run outta cartilage, but I believe it will be my last. The whole team cared for my spirit and bones throughout the whole process! I am so thankful! Huge shout out to the Ft Worth staff for your kindness and care. I was scared and it was worth it. Dr Cook and team are incredible.
