About this clinic

Brian C. Forsythe, DO and Kaci Tinsley, MA, LPC, offer ketamine therapy in Dallas for treatment-resistant depression and related mood conditions. The practice combines medical oversight with mental-health counseling, positioning ketamine as a clinical protocol rather than a standalone pharmaceutical intervention. Ketamine therapy may help reduce depressive symptoms in patients who have not responded adequately to conventional antidepressants. Treatment is individualized, and patients typically receive ongoing support throughout the course of therapy. The clinic emphasizes an integrated approach, pairing ketamine administration with therapeutic guidance to optimize both immediate symptom relief and longer-term psychological resilience.

I have been seeing Kaci Tinsley (therapist) and Megan Starks (PA psychiatrist) for years, and they have truly been a life-changing support system. With multiple mental health diagnoses, it hasn’t always been easy, but both Kaci and Megan have provided me with the guidance, care, and understanding I needed to make significant progress. They have helped me in ways I can’t fully explain, and I am so grateful for their compassion and expertise. I honestly cannot recommend them enough – they are simply amazing!-brooke

I came to see Dr Forsythe back around 2017 for the genetic test to see what medicines I process or not to see if my mental health medications were working properly. I was able to find out I have MTHFR which explained my Bipolar, and helped me to know to take Methylated B vitamins. He helped me work through a different medication as well, and was able to help me get some free samples when my insurance didn't cover it. We moved shortly after, but my experience was good.

Working w/ Dr F and was able to do a genetics test to see which meds work better for me. Working with the doc has been great and I see my life improving
