I’ve been working with Dr. Ian and the Recess Rx team for 6 weeks and I’ve been impressed with their attention to detail on my needs and dosing. It’s like having a doc in your pocket. Anytime I have a question or want to meet with him or the team, I just simply text them and they call immediately or within an hour or so. His approach to my health goals have been much different than other physicians I’ve worked with in the past. He actually changed a lot of what I’ve been doing (and had success with) and I feel more optimized than I have in a long time. It’s worth the free consult!
