I’ve been getting Botox for 10 years now but I also work in the industry, to say I’m picky about who I let touch my face, is an understatement! Elizabeth has such a beautiful eye for detail when it comes to injecting and facial rebalancing, I knew she was only going to make recommendations that were right for me. & right she was! Though I always had an interest in filler, I waited until I was 30 to move forward with it. She treated my cheeks, chin and lips and I had never felt more beautiful. Her approach is to enhance your natural beauty and help you age gracefully. I feel like I look younger today at 31, than I did when I was 25 and she is a huge reason behind that! As skilled as she is in injecting, it’s the aesthetic space as a whole. Whether it comes down to injections, lasers, microneedling, or skincare, you could not be in better hands. This was my first time at formula wellness and I was super impressed. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and transparent. They listen to my goals for my appearance and help me achieve the look I am after. I have been booking with Elizabeth since she was at another location. This appointment I booked for lip filler with Elizabeth and she was amazing as always. Elizabeth is the best injector I have found in the DFW area. Elizabeth will always give you the best opinion/options that will work best for your personal appearance. Additionally, she cares deeply for her patients and checks in if something did not go as planned. For example my booking I took medication the night before for ankle sprain, unfortunately this cause me to have more bleeding and bruising than expected. Elizabeth explained what could be the causes and how to treat if the bleeding and bruising worsened. She was so kind to check in with me multiple times after the appointment and gave feedback from pictures I had sent her. I recommend anyone to use formula wellness and especially book with Elizabeth!

I don’t often come across healthcare providers who truly make you feel at home, but Formula Wellness did just that. I originally discovered them on TikTok while searching for a more holistic approach to endocrinology. While they aren’t strictly an endocrinology practice, they provide an exceptionally thorough and comprehensive analysis of your bloodwork—far more detailed than anything I’ve ever received from a primary care physician. The out-of-pocket cost was absolutely worth it for the level of insight and care provided. I first visited the West Village location and, unfortunately, did not have the best experience. However, my visit to the Park Cities location was a completely different story. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and didn’t have to wait long at all before seeing Paige. Paige was truly exceptional. She was kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely heard. She took the time to walk me through every unfamiliar abbreviation on my bloodwork and gave me personalized supplement recommendations based specifically on my results. As someone who doesn’t want to blindly take supplements just because they’re trending, I really appreciated having tailored guidance rooted in actual data. The appointment was nearly two hours long and never felt rushed—it was one of the most thorough and informative health consultations I’ve ever had. I will absolutely continue seeing Paige, and I highly recommend the Park Cities location. Five stars all around.
