Dr. Eversull is such a good doctor! She knows how to get to the root of health issues and help resolve them without destroying your immune system with endless antibiotics and other prescription meds. She has many alternative solutions that truly help.She turned me on to a far infared suana and it changed my life! She is incredibly knowledgable on the body from head to toe. Dr. Elizabeth Eversull saved my life. She was the first doctor in eight years of suffering that actually addressed the root cause of my problems. I suffered from severe eczema and being overweight and baldness. It really all boiled down to what I was allergic to. Figuring out a new diet and detoxing. A lot of supplements. I immediately felt better which enabled me to exercise. The pounds came rolling off, my skin cleared and my hair grew back. I established a serious workout routine and stuck to my diet 100%. Result. Never felt better and more than 70 lbs weight loss. I feel like myself again and regained mental clarity And am able to address emotional blocks. I have attached before and after photos. I am sharing my story and praising Elizabeth because everyone can have the life they deserve. Now as I go forward I continue to care for myself watch my diet, Check in with Elizabeth and make sure my supplement regimen is up-to-date. 4/2/24 update. Still doing great. Continuing working out with a routine that is more sustainable. the year I began. This journey was an intense one and I worked out every day and rode the bike 25 miles per day and lifted weights plus yoga - Not very sustainable. I now work out about five days a week I have gone up up in weights at the gym and come continue to do yoga. I have put on about 20 pounds back on. Which I figured, would happen after such a rapid weight loss. I amam very healthy except for my neck stenosis, which I can now address with my chiropractor. I continue my nutrients and try to stick to my diet.
