Had a tight schedule and tried to coordinate an appointment with Stephen Macenas over the phone. Every time I communicated with the office I said the appointment had to be over the phone. The office said no problem. But on the day of the call, all the correspondence indicated an Internet connection was required. No way could I do an Internet connection at the time of the appointment. The appointment time came and went and I was unable to connect. About 30 minutes after the appointment, he called me. I was elated. Was really appreciative of dr Macenas dedication to making the connection. He has been very helpful.

My first appointment with Dr Yang turned out to be very comforting to me. He had all the data from my previous urologist who retired at his fingertips. He did some testing, reviewed and discussed my problem carefully and efficiently , provided a path forward for me and authorized further testing to ensure the path forward was the most effective one. He and his team were very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my visit!

I’ve been seeing Jason Ramsdell for years now! I even fly in from out of state to see him. He always remembers the small things discussed from even a year prior meaning he actually pays attention. I never feel rushed when visiting. We are always talking about different medications I should use or not and the best ways to handle my issues
