Worse place ever that will charge your insurance but will not help you at all. They don't care about their patients and its all about money. Avoid this place because they are not professional, you're just a number. Edited in response to the owner's response: For privacy reasons, Im reviewing the correct location on behalf of my immediate family member. We are fearful of possible retaliation if the clinic knew who the actual patient is... dont try to pretend that this was written in accident or incorrectly. Rather, assume responsibility for your negative faults and learn from it.

This has been my 2nd visit with Dr. Torres and I’m surprised at how it’s all been going. I previously saw another Dr for years before seeing Dr. Torres. I was given medication for depression, ADHD and anxiety with previous Dr. and Increasing/changing medication happened if I mentioned wanting to do so. It felt like I wasn’t getting better anymore and the way I felt was the best I was going to get. I visited Dr. Torres because I saw OurPsyche was the only place to offer TMS therapy. I will admit I was nervous on my 1st visit. Dr.Torres recommended not seeing two Drs for the same thing as there could be a clash in meds being given and I panicked for a bit. My whole family saw my previous Dr, each visit was $150 private pay, his clinic was a very bougie looking place, and I had gotten comfortable with him. As hesitant as I was of change I stuck to her instruction. She did a real evaluation on me my 1st visit and said TMS therapy could help my depression. Sleep was important in this therapy and sleep was not something I was getting initially. I’d say I got a good 3-4 hrs at most! The medication she gave me to sleep didn’t seem to help at first but before my second visit with Dr. Torres my husband noticed I was calmer and less agitated by my usual stressors. She told me on our 2nd visit that the med she gave me was for sleep, depression and anxiety. She was pleased to hear that there were noticeable improvements in my mood. I was reminded in this visit that the medication could take a bit to build up in my system and get me to a better sleep pattern…she was right. I remember it hard to fall asleep at first, then I would fall asleep with ease but late, now I take it a bit earlier and I’m asleep by 10pm each day. I was given ADHD meds with my previous Dr. I have a history of addiction and mentioned wanting an increase at one time and was given that increase upon request. I eventually got off my ADHD meds on my own because I noticed I was getting out of hand. I mentioned wanting something for my ADHD with Dr. Torres and before even prescribing anything asked if I ever had an ADHD evaluation done. I never had one done so she set that up for me before prescribing medication. Dr. Torres is amazing and knows her stuff. She has exceeded my expectation of what a Dr in this field can do for their patients. I am so glad everything happened the way it did to be honest. I am happier, I’m sleeping and I see things are getting better. I 100% recommend giving this clinic a chance!

The office is very calm and relaxing. There was no other patient in the waiting room which is very rare to walk into a doctor's office and it not be PACKED and overbooked. We were greeted promptly and within 15 minutes, vitals were assessed. Within 30 minutes, the doctor pulled my family member back. Everyone in office is very kind and respectful. The doctor is very thorough and doesn't rush! She comes up with a treatment plan specifically for her patients. As a fellow healthcare practitioner, I am highly impressed with the doctor's care thus far and my family member is already having positive results from her treatment interventions. This doctor and her staff are definitely an answered prayer and essential on my family member's path to recovery! God is GREAT!
