Dr. Dunn is one of the best specialists I’ve ever dealt with. He performed surgery on my mom’s wrist after a serious fall. Initially, the surgery couldn’t be done because of her blood pressure, but instead of turning us away, he recommended the right steps and followed up until she was cleared. When the time came, he and his team were attentive, compassionate, and truly showed genuine concern. Their care and professionalism exceeded our expectations — I’m very grateful and highly recommend Dr. Dunn.

I don’t know what the issue is with the office management personnel. But you won’t even get a simple email response or call back after I attempted several phone calls and an email request for an appointment. Nothing! A big thing were missing. Your medicine is empathy. If a patient shows up late or something happens, it might be subject to a cancellation fee, Etc. You have to hold yourselves to a higher standard by responding to patients in a timely manner. Luckily, I am not in extreme pain or discomfort. But I can’t imagine other patients in a different situation. Please do better.

I highly recommend Dr. Dunn because he listened to my issues and concerns in regards to a sharp pain and numbness that I felt in my left elbow. He send me for a nerve pain study and after getting the results he proceeded with surgery. He did an outstanding job and im doing much better.
