I had a great experience here at the rehab center! Everyone from nurses, CNAs,therapists, to cooks and cleaning staff get an A+ from me. I couldn't have asked for a better place to rehab from my surgery. A special thanks to the therapists Diane, Clarissa and Giovanna! They really made me work to get better. All nurses did a wonderful job. They really care for their patients. Food was good. Chris in the kitchen made sure we got exactly the right food. Great big thank you to the wound care nurse! Mrs Maida did a wonderful job. She's not only great at her job, but she's very friendly. She really cares about her patients!

Cristal and Monica, my nurses, you were both so sweet and attentive to me I felt genuinely cared for every day. A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful aides, Alina, Graciela, and Sara, for helping me through such a difficult time and always being there for my needs with patience and compassion. Diana, Omar, and Denise, thank you for working so closely with me in therapy. You are amazing at what you do, and I’m so thankful for the encouragement and support you gave me throughout my journey. Gloria, you made every activity so much fun it always felt like a celebration! And Nick, thank you for making my stay feel so comfortable and for making movie day something I always looked forward to.

My dad was there for 20 days and at first he was hesitant he had never been in a facility like this. Fortunately the staff they helped make him feel at ease. He looked forward to his physical therapy with Sergio and Joanna all of the physical therapist were excellent he actually got to know some of the staff and he always had good things to say about your facility. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease every night I left . On his last day there everyone gave him a big pompom cheer and gave him their blessing. God forbid anything ever happens to my dad again but just in case I know Ignite is the place for him.

This building is incredibly clean, welcoming, and provides a truly hospital-like atmosphere. I was transferred here from Centers of Zaragoza, and I’ve really appreciated the charm of this place. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, and I’d like to express my gratitude to several individuals. First, I want to thank Diana from therapy she's a miracle worker! Sarah and Lis, my aides, went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. Cristal, my nurse, is an angel; she made sure I was always okay and well taken care of. Special thanks to Blanca, Nick, and Alejandro—when I arrived from Centers, they made sure I received the best care and truly made me feel like a VIP. To Oliva, the housekeeper, who kept my room spotless—thank you for your attention to detail. A big shoutout to Valerie, who brought me prune juice late at night, showing how much she cared. Anthony, thank you for looking after me during the night shifts; you're an amazing nurse. And Irene, thank you for making sure all my home health needs were taken care of. My son's always mentioned that front desk ladies were so nice thank you for showing kindness thank you Alexis and Leslie This place has truly felt more like home than Centers of Zaragoza ever did, and I’m so grateful for all the care and attention I’ve received here.
