Saying thank you Dr Mirabelle would be an understatement. After three kids and being in the Army, my metabolism rate went down so bad. As a result it hasn’t been easy to lose weight no matter how much I worked out. I even did the keto diet but as soon as I stopped, the weight came right back. So I consulted with Serenity Telecare. Best decision ever. She breaks down everything and make it easy to understand during consultation. She follows up every week to make sure that you are on track with every medical advice she gave you. Long story short. I have lost 9lbs in three weeks and counting. If you are struggling with weight loss, Serenity Telecare is the answer for you. Search no more. So happy I took upon myself to embark on this weight loss journey. 14 weeks I was able to lose about 20 pounds .Dr MIRABELLE is simply the best always checking and constantly sending articles/ videos to keep us going . I have never been this happy as in this body . Will recommend everyone to sign up with serenity Telecare

From start to finish, you went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence is truly admirable, and I couldn't be more grateful for your help. I didn’t believe in medical intervention until my consultation with you. I'm about 6lbs down since 3 weeks ago and after making a lifestyle change to eat better using the shot. I am still on the Tirz 0.25, and I'm excited but also nervous.
