Icannot recommend Dr. Rodriguez and his entire medical staff highly enough. From my very first consultation to my post- treatment care, the level of professionalism and compassion I experienced was outstanding. Dr. Rodriguez is an incredibly skilled orthopedic doctor who took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a way I could easily understand. He never rushed me and truly listened to my concerns about my hand Equally impressive is his complete medical staff. The front desk team is welcoming and efficient, and the nurses and medical assistants are attentive, kind, and always quick to return a call. Navigating medical procedures can be stressful, but this entire office works together seamlessly to make the patient experience as comfortable and positive as possible. Thank you, Dr. Rodriguez and team, for giving me my quality of life back!

I was in excellent hands with Ryan Rodriguez. My wrist fracture has been healed. He set me to hand therapy where I was given outstanding therapy. I felt so comfortable with Ryan Rodriguez. He showed me how to exercise my wrist.And what to do at home to take care of it. I could not have been in better hands. from the office managers to the technicians, especially Destiny.They treated me with professionalism, respect, and kindness. I was blessed to be in such excellent, brilliant team headed by Ryan Rodriguez.

I took my grandmother here for an appointment that’s been scheduled for a month now, and the front desk told me the appointment was the day before (4th). She let me know there was an opening at the other location so we went there. when I got home I looked for the appointment reminder card and it was for February 5th. So we went to the other location thinking it was my fault I mixed up the dates. We just wasted time and gas. I tried to call and no answer. Doctor and nurses were great both times. Better training needed for front desk.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Ryan Rodriguez and his team! After fracturing my hand in two places, I was nervous about the process, but Dr. Rodriguez made me feel completely at ease. He has an incredible bedside manner and is attentive, detailed, and easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in. Special shoutout to Josh, who placed my splint, he was amazing! He explained each step in detail, was so kind, and greeted us with a smile that never faded. Truly one of the sweetest people I’ve met in a medical setting. You can tell everyone here enjoys what they do, and it makes such a difference in the quality of care. I’m so grateful for the excellent treatment and positive environment during my recovery. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing orthopedic care!

I write this review because I honestly feel like I met the most amazingly kind and caring Doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting this morning. Dr. Aviles is an absolute angel, with the bedside manner of a saint. He walks into the room with a smile on his face and treats you like he has known you his whole life. He explains everything he is about to do and what it means and does it with the utmost care. He makes you feel so calm and clears your mind of any doubts, telling you that you’re going to be ok and just treats you like he really cares about your well-being. I went in for an EMG and like I imagine everyone else I was a little scared at first but honestly it’s a cakewalk. I know all those videos online make us worry but really it feels like they’re giving you a quick little shock that is not at all painful in my opinion. If anything it is a little exciting. And with Dr. Aviles taking care of you and the calming music he plays makes the experience so much more relaxing. I really mean it when I say that I definitely left this office with a more positive outlook this morning, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. Just the impact this Doctor had on me today really meant something to me. Thank you.
