They have an in-text service for prescriptions and whoever hangs behind the keyboard is very unprofessional. The misunderstanding could’ve been handled professionally if simple questions were asked but I got treated with so much hostility. I don’t recommend this place it’s obviously a burden to come to them for help. Do not go here, all they care about is your money. I’m sure there are many other infusion clinics willing to provide the same services without the attitude behind the keyboard warriors.

I when to ask for an iron infusion I guess my doctor needs to send a prescription it’s fine no big deal. But what bother me was the face of the medical assistant talking like I was not there and complaining about having to call my doctor and everything she has to do like no empathy or customer service at all.

Every once in a while you run into small business that is just doing everything right with a big heart. This is one of the only places where you can get an IV treatment and many other treatments where the medication is made in house by a local El Paso Pharmacist. They are doing wonderful things for the community. The facility is amazing, the treatments are effective, and most importantly the staff and operators are great. They really are trying to help local folks on the border town live a healthier life.
