I go to your website. Fill in the contact form. Can't answer phone calls due to work. But some dude named Jake texts me this copy paste message. I reply and ask him if they take Tricare. He replies saying they take Triwest. (I have no idea what triwest is) I asked about Tricare. Then asks me if I would be relying on Tricare to pay for the treatment. I say, yes. Then I'm ghosted. For a mental health facility to just ghost potential patients and use a means of communication this poorly is alarming. My therapist tells me it would be good for me to pursue treatment and to call you over the phone, but if it's THIS difficult to get answers to basic questions through text such as "do you take Tricare?" Then what is the difference calling you? If you can tell me through text, yes or no then I don't have to set time aside to call over the phone. Why is this so difficult to figure out? If you're gonna text patients, then answer professionally. Know what you're talking about. This isn't a buddy buddy relationship. God forbid you're texting someone in a legit crisis and THIS is what they have to deal with. Absolutely abysmal.

Their malignant cruelty is stunning! I tried to tell them I had two distinct and well known threats on my life. He argued with me. Wouldn't listen to a word I had to say then refused to take any of my calls. Guess I'll have to call them hundreds of times a day too.

APN saved my life. I had been dealing with childhood trauma severe depression and PTSD from 22 years of active Army. This was the single most beneficial 30 days in my life. I would like to recognize all the staff but the list would be too long. Dr Rodgers (Medical Director ) Caleb Stein NP , Stephanie RN. Brandon (my counselor) Shelby IFS counselor . The level of care and professional work ethic are second to none. The food was amazing and the accommodations were beyond 5 star. I am filled with gratitude to Noah for personal reasons. This was truly the single most beneficial thing I have done in my life.
