My experience with Elite Health has been a life saver. I am enrolled in their fitness and wellness program which includes personal fitness training and education in nutrition, unhealthy disease states and much more. Elite health has allowed me to get my health back on track at my own pace. This allowed me to always felt like I was making progress. Which in turn was encouraging because it made me want to reach my goal even more. I can't tell you how much I love the staff. Very professional , kind and understanding. I have to especially mention the fitness trainers. They are excellent. The trainers are very knowledgeable. They take into account your limitations, strengths and weaknesses and build your workout plan on that, not some cookie cutter idea. They spend a lot of time during the workout making sure you are doing the exercises properly and that you are not experiencing any discomfort while doing the exercises. Thank you Prescott and Penny.

I am having the best experience! Jack is so inspiring and encouraging. I look forward to our workouts every week. I’ve had trainers before but Jack really pushes and motivates me more than previous trainers have. I would 100% recommend him to my family and friends! Thanks for everything and I’m looking forward to my continued progression each week!

I have been in this program for about 3 months and have never felt healthier! Everyone works together as a team to personalize a plan to meet your specific goals and needs. Morgan, the dietician, doesn’t just throw a generic meal plan at you to follow, but takes what you are already doing, the foods you actually like to eat, and makes it better/healthier. I can still eat foods that I enjoy eating! Prescott is my trainer and I actually look forward to our workouts. I feel stronger than I ever have! Skyler is the PA I meet with for check ins and she brings all the pieces together to keep me on track. She doesn’t just look at the number on the scale, but at your overall health and helps you understand how small changes here and there can have a significant impact. I started this program as a way to get my health back after having a baby and the team at Elite Health has helped me do that! I highly recommend this program!
