The clinic serves athletes, active individuals, and patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain seeking to address underlying tissue damage rather than manage sym
Thank you so much Fort Worth Orthopedics!!! Everyone was a great help throughout all of my visits. Starting with Summer from scheduling who dealt with me and all of my insurance referral issues she helped me get in and be seen after being ignored at multiple other clinics. Front desk ladies were always friendly and quick to get me back. X-rays were always smooth and fast. PA Brad Henderson was very thorough every visit and always had lots of information to give me and helped me stay positive through out my broken clavicle era. I am now healed and it feels as if it was a fast 13 weeks. I am very thankful to the whole team but I hope I don’t have to visit them again.

Have been to other smile doctor locations but this one is the first I have waited so long past the scheduled appointment time. 45 min past to be exact.
Was told this visit was to take braces off and now braces aren’t coming off.

I feel so furious with this office. My son tore his ACL and had surgery. Surgery is expensive along with all the other medical needs after having surgery. The office has threatened me every month to turn my account over to collections. They offered a payment plan of 6 months to pay a ridiculous amount of money. I made payments as I could. Today, after speaking to Lisa, the billing manager, I felt discriminated. She wanted to make mention that it wasn’t fair to Dr. Bothwell that I hadn’t paid my balance and that Dr. Bothwell had staff to pay. The surgery in itself cost almost $80,000 which my insurance paid the majority of. So I was really surprised that Dr. Bothwell needed my $2500 to pay his bills and his staff. When I told Lisa that I would pay the balance she seemed surprised “so you have $$$$ on a card?”. She was surprised that I could pay the amount. It was a big expense and sacrifice to pay the balance all at once, I rather do that than have these people keep calling, threatening, and discriminating me. I just want to make it known, the care you receive will come with a staff that’s unwilling to work with you if your deductible hasn’t been met. Take your business elsewhere.

This place lacks humanity and has very poor customer service. The visits often are rushed and the front office staff is rude, lacking empathy and effective communication. I don't blame them for hyping up the injection that didn't work but there was no aftercare or thought. Neither did they share with me that gel injections are hit or miss. It was just take this shot and go. I will never trust them with my care again and neither should you. Also my knee inflammation and pain was never resolved and the actual Dr. Boswell was never seen not even once just his P.A. The office staff in front are not only petty and discourteous but openly prejudiced. Piss poor care all around and this office does not respect people's time.

Everybody was amazing. I had a miniscus repair done by dr dolce. Surgery went well.
The willow park location was great. Jamie gets 5 stars. On top of the pain and struggle of recovery, being on short term disability proved to be incredibly taxing because I had to fight tooth and nail for my own financial wellbeing.
I had to get my drs records resent to ny life everytime i had to file an extension, which happened several times...There were multiple faxes (i mean like 12 or so) from my short term disability company lost and "never received".....Ny Life also called holly several times as well because I think they got tired of sending unanswered faxes....she states sometimes fax machine gets overloaded and faxes dont come through....maybe get a second fax machine...one that works...?...or maybe when you admit the problem is on your end, you take responsibilty for it and do sonething to try to fix it. Always excuses given but never anything done..ive asked for her to taken physical notes (after her regularly failing to send all the correct documets to ny life) to make sure she sends over the correct information to nylife(multiple dr visits as well as updated restrictions, things you dont always know to send...doctors notes are a given but rarely get sent with medical forms)...some items would be sent over after ive clearly explained to holly what ny life needs but not all the items wiuld be sent...meaning ny life would have to process what she returned to them...they would process what she gave them for 5 to 7 days while i wait for my payment, ny life would reject it and say its bc they didnt get all the files they needed from her...the ones i had explained to her from the beginning (the ones i asked her to take note of so she would remember) they needed then call her back tell her she needs to send over the other information...she sends it over, they sometimes get it, then i have to wait another 5 to 7 days for ny life to process the records again and hope i get paid.
Holly told me at one of our final brief conversations the last fax she received from ny life was in january but ivl had received 3 extensions since then...so how is it possible i received an extension at all if she hadnt received the medical form request faxes....the faxes she said she had to receive in order to send over medical records....She told me she would only correspond through fax with them....Is it complete incompetence...Im not exagerating here or trying to be rude but its impossible not to see...I dont think its incompetence...i think its that she doesnt care. Why should she? At least she is still getting paid even though im not.
One of the more disturbing things were all the thing she tells me at one interaction and how she tells me a completely different story the next time... I felt like I was being lied to.
She never talks directly with disability company....bc she said 10 minutes is too long to be put on hold(another time i talked to her ir was because she is not supposed to talk to them on the phone...which one is it?)..thats not ok but its ok for me to call them regularly for the things she herself has done wrong and also be put on hold... im expected to call and communicate for her but when i give her instructions from nylife she acts like she doesnt need them and she already knows what to do....
When there is a clear problem and your patient or customer seriously needs help its common decency to try to help (or better yet, even want to help) but that never happened. She never called ny life to get it straightened out. its one thing if the hassle is a one time thing but when it happens over and over its obvious that theres a problem and it needs to be fixed. Its blatant disregard.
if you ask holly its the fax machines fault.
Its a good thing i have savings bc i might have been in financial dire straits if not.
