Highly recommend. Jeff is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and very genuine. Listening seems to come naturally to Jeff and because he is also empathetic, the guidance he offers feels tailored. As my needs have changed over time, (grieving the loss of a love one, work life imbalances, etc.) the guidance from Jeff has evolved to support the different seasons & challenges that life brings. Sessions with Jeff have always been like talking to a good friend who has your best interest at heart. The sessions are relaxed and comfortable, how a safe space should feel. With Jeff’s guidance and some elbow grease, I am reaping the benefits of a balanced work life and improved relationships with friends and family. I am most grateful.

I've been seeing Jeff for many years. He's very jovial and easy to talk to, but more than that, extremely focused on you and what you need. Your mental health is job #1 and I have never once felt like that was not true. He's a great counselor and you should not hesitate to give him a try.

I would highly recommend Serenity Professional Counseling. Jeffrey was an incredibly professional counselor and an extremely relatable person. He is an excellent listener and offers his professional guidance in a manner that is more like an intelligent conversation than anything else. He consistently explained what I was experiencing and why and offered a multi-pronged approach as to how I could view and handle the anxiety I’d been experiencing. The sessions never felt clinical because Jeffrey is personable, engaging and genuine. Importantly, I remained open to his suggestions and truly listened to his advice. I could not be more impressed with the results and I am genuinely grateful to Jeffrey. The improvement I have experienced in a short time are remarkable.
