I just had my first appointment with Dr.Perl. Let me start off by saying Dr. Perl and Sheila are both AWESOME! If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! Dr. Perl is so nice and caring. She is the first doctor I've been to that will take the time to listen to me. She made me feel "right at home" and made me feel that I was important and not just another patient. I love her outlook on things. I've been to many doctors and Dr. Perl is the best by far. People need to come here for sure. I'm so happy I found her. I'm happy to have a "new home". Thank you so much Dr. Perl! You are the reason why I can start living life again 😊 -Mark Nibling

Seemed like a good doctor at first, but that quickly changed! Every time you have an appointment with her, it takes 4-6 hours before you see the doctor. It’s crazy!! Why even set up appointment times? They don’t care that patients have a life too and most of us don’t have hours to sit around and wait. What broke the camels back, is when I had run out of my Hydrocodone a few days early, due to upper and lower teeth being abscessed. Bad pain caused me to take a few extra pills last month and thus ran out. I contacted Dr. Perl and explained the situation to her, but she didn’t care! I asked if she could call me in a few Tylenol 4, to get me by until my appointment. She wouldn’t do it. I then asked about some Suboxone, as I was out of everything. She never answered me! I’m done with all of this stupidity! Got a new doctor that really cares and on Suboxone now. Should have done this a long time ago!!!! These doctors nowadays seem to think we work for them, I hate to burst your bubble doctors, but it’s quite the opposite, you work for me and Your Fired!!!!

I was a patient of Dr Perl for nearly 10 years. She used to be good, but her practice went downhill in the years since she moved to her current location. Between fostering dogs in the office, being routinely 4-5 hours late to even ARRIVE at her office for appointments, forgetting important prescriptions, verbally berating her patients, and outright canceling all appointments for the day after patients have been waiting from 9-5 in her office. I have been wanting to write this review for years, but I had to wait until I got a new doctor to take my case due to the very real threat of Dr Perl punishing me if she found out it was me who wrote this review. Yes, she comes across as that petty. If your insurance company sends you to her, protest as loudly as you can. Trust me. She's THAT bad.
