We got my wife into the facility Friday evening . They had her room ready for her . There was a young Hispanic CNA ( I can’t remember her name ) who immediately started taking care of her , as if she was her own family ! Monday morning I was introduced to several of dept.heads , Angela Hollie , Gloria Osborne , and others , they were caring , friendly , and seemed truly interested in taking care of Delores ! ! So far every dept. head , nurse , CNA , and house keeper seem genuinely interested in taking care of Delores ! ! I’m very optimistic about the treatment Delores will receive here ! I know it’s very hard work taking care of a Dementia patient , but this crew and facility seems qualified , and ready to help her !

I’ve have had loved ones after loves enter this facility. They treat your family as if they are their own family. They keep the facility clean and residents clean. Keep your family safe with 24hr staff and doors that lock with coding to enter and exit unless of emergency. They create a privacy procedure in place for families that have lost a loved one. Staff is very helpful and professional and also passionate about their residents and community. I recommend this facility's to anyone that wants there family members treated like they where at home with you as you would treat them. Way to go Village Creek thank you so much for taken care of my great grandmother and both my uncle’s.
