Dr. Syed has been wonderful treating my chronic migraines. It can be difficult to get doctors to take you seriously as a patient under 30 with chronic pain but Dr. Syed, the care team, and office staff has taken very good care of me. They have been very quick and efficient at finding treatment that works and I was even able to get an injection and nerve block procedure done within 2 weeks of our initial appointment! Fingers crossed we are finally able to get my pain managed.

Dr. Syed and his staff have treated me incredibly and have made it a point to address my pain and assist with my back pain. Being in the pain I’m in they are doing what they can to help. Dr. Syed has made me feel valid and not treating me like like crap. Being a police officer and having so much pain is awful but they are trying to help it grateful for Dr. Syed

I had a very negative experience at this pain treatment institute. From the beginning, a Hispanic woman who was in the room where they take your information was extremely rude. I asked her questions and all I got were “no” answers and excuses. She also served as my interpreter during the appointment with the doctor, but she wasn’t accurately translating what I was saying. She even got upset when I asked her to tell the doctor what I was actually saying. They denied me services for no valid reason. My doctor reached out to them and they gave him completely false information, including saying I had eaten breakfast—when no one even asked me that question. I fast every day until 5 PM, so that was just one of many lies. If you’re looking to be treated with respect and dignity, this is NOT the place. Very disappointed. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

I recently had a procedure done by Dr Syed and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to post operative care has been exceptional. His professionalism and attention to details put me at ease throughout the entire process. At my first visit my back pain was at 9.5, now after the procedures my pain level is at a 1. His entire team has been awesome, excellent patient service. I highly recommend Dr Syed.

Here is my issue with this office. The doctors are incredible. It's the office staff that this review is for. My mom has early onset dementia, so I help her with appointments. Every single time I have to set up an appt (which is often) there is an issue. I always get "someone will call you back", no one ever does. It takes me calling every other day to get help. Every time I ask to speak to a manager, then all of a sudden the MA is available to help. But hasn't been for the last week when calling to set up an appointment. My most recent example is I set up a follow up appt for July 1st. When I called back to set up the procedure, they tell me she has no appointment July 1st. I said okay can we just set that up the same day as the procedure to make it easier for my mom. The MA says yes. Yesterday I get a text to confirm appt for July 1st. I call today and say you all told me my mom didn't have an appt on July 1st. I said can you confirm she has a follow-up before her procedure on July 8th. She says no. I say can she and we can cancel the July 1st appt like was supposed to happen when I spoke to MA last time. Answer? I'll send message to MA and they will call you back. I'd bet my paycheck I won't get a call back. Glad my mom doesn't have to deal with this at her state. Can't imagine how other vulnerable patients set their appts up here.
