I was a patient of Doctor Shaikh when he was at Baylor Scott and White. The treatment he implemented was great. It’s been 4 yrs since I last saw him, and was really looking forward to receiving care from him once again. Unfortunately, it’s been very difficult communicating with his staff. Calls for the Dallas location typically go unanswered. If you leave a message, odds are you won’t get a response for a day or two. PA Zeng, had the staff to put in an order for an mri with touchstone, of course touchstone is saying they never received it. Reached back out to the Dallas office to let them know, and of course, no answer, no call back. Doctor Shaikh is awesome, but at this point I’m considering finding care elsewhere. SMH

I really appreciate the personal attention and level of care I receive at Texas Partners Healthcare Group. Dr. Loreta Pytka, who I see for my monthly visits, has been outstanding. She is professional, attentive, and caring. Every appointment with her makes me feel at ease and confident in my care. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure all of my concerns are addressed. I always leave feeling like my health is in good hands.
Between Dr. Younas’ leadership and Dr. Pytka’s attentive monthly care, I feel fully supported and well cared for.
The entire staff is welcoming and efficient, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Loreta Pytka, Dr. Baber Younas, and the Texas Partners Healthcare Group team to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I have been seeing Dr.Shaikh since 2020 when he was with BSW. I want to say that I love him & Lisa…no issues with them. After he went to TX Health Partners, I had no issues with the Carrollton office. However, my 1st visit to the Denton office has been extremely stressful. 1st, they charged me for a self pay visit, $225 vs my $45 co-pay even though the front staff had my insurance card & a referral was required b4 I could be seen. I did not ask for a receipt as I assumed I would be debited for my co-pay. I realized on 10/17 the error & the office/billing manager Kim tried to credit me back & deduct my co-pay. That didn’t work so she said I would get a full refund of $225 & I would call my co-pay in. Ckd account on 10/18 & $45 was credited back but $225 was still being deducted. My bank said they put a merchant hold on the refund. I called that Mon & was told that the merchant wouldn’t authorize the refund so they were going to mail a refund ck. I made it known again I had insurance premiums coming out & needed that $ to be overnighted. On 10/23, Kim called to tell me that someone was on their way to mail my ck. She verified my address which was an old one from 2023….I get mail from their office at my current address…so there was no excuse for this. She said she’d try & stop him & get another ck mailed to me. 10/20, 10/21 & 10/22 & no check. S/W Kim on the 22nd & was told it was mailed, not overnighted to me on 10/20. All I got was excuse after excuse with a token apology. Got my ck today & it’s short $80!!!!!!!!!! On top of that, I was notified late on 10/21, that I had to come back in & give another urine sample because the one I gave on the 16th was not enough. Mind you, I was there for about an hr that day & they saw my sample sitting there & said nothing about it not being enough. I have to Uber to my appointments which is costly on a fixed income. Spent over $25 today for Uber only to be shorted $80 on my refund ck! I have called 3 times to speak to someone in the past 30 minutes & I’m transferred to a vm. If it weren’t for the fact that I don’t have a car, I would probably opt to go to another location but can’t because of Uber cost.

I came to dr younas because he was close. I started out, feeling good with my care.. but he really didn't help much with my pain. He did the gel injection in the one disc, which seemed to help, but in the next one... which he said was almost bone on bone, he had trouble getting the gel into. It didn't help. Plus, I got a pinched nerve "sciatica" which has been horrible to deal with. I told him about it, and he said that I needed to go to a surgeon. Finally, after telling him a couple of times.. he agreed to do a steroid injection. It didn't help!!! Then I was told that they couldn't do anymore for me, that they had saved me from surgery and had "thrown the book at me " by Brian". Really??? That's pretty unprofessional!! I had enough and found a much better dr.... he couldn't believe that dr younas hadn't worked on both sides of my back. Dr younas wouldn't really, ever look at me.. eye to eye. That gave me an uneasy feeling. The new dr, has already scheduled me for a different and better procedure!!
