This place is so awesome! The staff are kind and helpful. Josh is the icing on top. Cryo was scary to me and felt impossible to get through the 1st time the first 30 seconds. Then it felt great for the rest of the session and I stopped cussing and calling on Jesus. Thanks to Josh I made it. I got out and felt like going to Six Flags and turning cartwheels. 😂🥰🥶😎💙

i was greeted very well & my apt was on time .. . Coldest Cryo in DFW.. 🥶 its good to feel great after every visit especially after a leg compression & B1 - B 12 shot 💪🏽

Josh was great at setting expectations and the young lady (hate that I forgot her name) that assisted me with everything else was just as awesome. I purchased a membership and can’t wait to return.
