Patient care from start to finish. I can only say the best about the staff at the check-in entrance, the nurse who, although young, do his job at the highest professional level. I don't have enough words to describe or convey what kind of professional Dr. Paul Steinke is. I feel like he does his job with a lot of love, immense knowledge, and a lot of care for the patient. I am very happy that he is my surgeon, who performed my bunion surgery perfectly. I am old, my family is from the medical field, I have met many doctors in Europe where I am from, but I have never seen such patient care as well as his explanations on YouTube about every detail before, during, and after the surgery. I am happy that I chose him as the doctor who solved my long-standing problem. All praise for the perfect job, both professionally and personally.
Sincerely, Vesna J.

Dr. Stickney saw my 12 year old for an infected ingrown toenail. My son felt that Dr. Stickney was very comforting during the procedure and he was very appreciative for his kindness. I am a physician myself so I would only take my children to the very best. He had come highly recommend by other doctors and I wholeheartedly agree after having my son see him.

Dr. Pruner was so sweet and empathetic. She took time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. The staff were also very sweet. I will definitely be back and recommend.

I see Dr Stickney for custom orthotics and he does a Great job, I am very happy with his services but the way the office is run, the staff, the office manager needs much improvement. When I started to see Dr Stickney the office quoted me 6 to 12 weeks to get insurance approval and when I asked why they said the insurance process is just that slow. I waited the 6 weeks to see what was approved and the office told me the insurance had not responded, so I called my insurance and they told me a claim had not even been submitted. Which made me extremely upset, I was lied too and they were dragging their feet at getting my claim processed. I had my insurance call the office and they gave them instant approval over the phone to get my claim process done. After that I was told that they would no longer take approval over the phone from my insurance, that I would need to follow their 6 to 12 week process. I told them that their process was causing the delay not the insurance. They told me that was their process and the one person they had making the insurance claims was overloaded. I told them they needed to get that one person help. When you go in they have several office people killing time between appointments, help out with the back log. This has happened to me several times to the point I finally complained to the doctor. I was even hung up on by the staff in the past when I requested they just call my insurance to get instant approval. I just called and they tell me it takes 4 weeks to get insurance approval. That is not much of an improvement. I know it doesn't take that long with my insurance because my insurance will call them and give instant approval but they won't take it. This is my last year dealing with that office. They need to get a real office manager to reduce that insurance backlog. Then they introduced a new office procedure to charge for another office visit to hand you your custom orthotics. I have seen other customers complaining in the office about these new office procedures. If wasn't for Dr Stickney making a great improvement in my condition I would have left long ago.

I had a procedure to remove my ingrown toenails for good. They did not give me a pain shot right into the sensitive part of my ingrown toenails. but the pain shot was in the base of the toe not the sensitive sensitive part? I had two males that helped me, and they were very very sympathetic to what I was going through. As if they had been through it for sure themselves. I just wish I had heard about this doctors office 20 to 30 years ago. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. It’s a great way for me to bring in the New Year’s as it was on New Year’s Eve. to a future of no pain in my feet any longer. Thank you thank you!
