My husband and I went here after receiving a coupon in the mail to try their services. We tried them all and really enjoyed our experience. My husbands favorite was the cryotherapy. My favorite was the float tank. It was so relaxing and melted away my stress. We’ll definitely be back and make this a monthly thing at least!

I love everything about this place! From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. Their wellness products are so fun to browse, and the staff is both knowledgeable and welcoming. The sauna was amazing, I especially loved how they combine it with red light therapy. I also tried my very first cold plunge here, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I slept so good after visiting Pause for the first time. I enjoy my first cryro and an infrared full body session. The place is beautiful and the owner Erin and her staff were extremely hands on, knowledgable, and friendly. They have 25% off right now for the Holidays!! Would make for a great small group party as well. They have so many services - IVs, float deprivation tanks, saunas, cold plunge, etc. A must try!!
