I like coming to Elite Spine & health Center. Every body here is very nice and friendly, the ladies at the front are very nice, professional and very helpful. Dr Shin is great! very patience, very informative and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate the whole team here. I have had a very good experience, i would recomend this place to friends and family.

This is hands-down the best spine center I’ve been to in Houston. I’ve lived with constant neck pain for years due to an old injury, and I’ve been through countless treatments and clinics trying to find real relief. Most places either rush you through a generic adjustment just to collect a quick dollar, or they try to sell you an overpriced “healing plan” for issues you don’t even have. Dr. Billy Cheong was different from the moment I walked in. He actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and focused on what would truly help—not on how much he could charge. For the first time in a long time, I felt like someone genuinely cared about getting me better. The office is easy to access, and every single person—from the front desk to the therapy staff—is professional, kind, and truly amazing. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received here, and I wish I had found this place years ago.

I get so emotional when I think of the doctors and physical therapists at Elite Spine. I came here when I was 3 months pregnant to ensure I stayed as pain free as possible during my pregnancy. Not only did I remain pain free, but I’m now 6 months postpartum and I feel the strongest I ever have in my core. My recovery was amazing too and I owe it all to Dr. Madrid, Dr. Green, Dr. Cheong and Natalie!!! Forever grateful for the care I received here. I cannot recommend this place enough.
