I recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor, I previously had a doctor I've been seeing for at least 15yrs before she retired. Didn't know what I would do next, so from a friend of mines I decided to give Dr Sri a try! And I must say she was awesome and very understanding and was aware of all my records as a patient, she went over my blood work told me everything was fine just get my cholesterol down, and actually sat there talked to me and not rush like most Doctors do. after she refilled my needed medication I was on my way. Also they check on you to make sure you got what you needed. The lady Ms "porchia" called and checked on me as well she was very sweet and attentive Wish I could give them a 10/10 thank you again

RE: Dr. Kelechi Azuogu. I’ve never even been a patient of this doctor — and yet my name was somehow tied to blood work at a Quest Diagnostics in Houston, while I live in El Paso. I never got a bill from the office or Quest, only a notice from a debt collector-Transworld Systems Inc. That’s how I found out. This is outrageous. If a doctor’s office can’t keep patient records straight or notify the right person before sending them to collections, it shows complete incompetence and disregard for people’s lives. I don’t trust any practice that operates this carelessly. Calling the practice, they told me I was not in their system. If this is how they handle paperwork, I can only imagine how they handle actual patients.

The front desk team was friendly and welcoming right from the start. The nurse practitioner was attentive, compassionate, and made me feel completely at ease. The lab tech was just as professional and kind. The entire visit was seamless and positive—I’m genuinely grateful to have discovered such a great team.

I could literally cry right now out of frustration. My first visit was wonderful no problem. Went in for back issues. Ended up going to ER and the hospital gave me a referral to see a Neuro Dr. Called all over nobody took my insurance. FINALLY find one and that facility tells me even though I have a referral from the hospital my insurance requires one from my primary care Dr. The Neuro office says all they gotta do is fax it over. I call crosspoint leave them a message with all the info. I hear back from them two days before my appointment with Neuro dr and they tell me I have to be seen by primary care again for the referral. I thought it was odd since that's the reason I saw this Dr in the first place. No problem I go in that Monday I'm told the referral is being taken care of as I'm walking out the door. No worries. The day of my appointment with the Neuro Dr. Their office calls me to let me know they still haven't received the referral. I call Crosspoint and they say they don't know the Dr. Is it a man or woman? I say I'm not sure I was just given a name. It's an hour before my Neuro appt and I have to reschedule because they still didn't receive the referral. I rescheduled for April 3 the following week. Still no referral and then I'm told the Dr at the Neuro place is an Anesthesiologist and they can't send the referral. I called the Nuero Dr office and they told me that was incorrect. I was scheduled with the right Dr. And he has several specialties that he practices. So I call Crosspoint back relay info and it's ALOT of phone tag. Basically I had to cancel the April 3 appt as well because we still don't have a referral. I'm in tears. I had to pay an additional 50.00 to be seen at crosspoint for a referral I was never able to use. I missed the call this morning by 10 minutes. I called back left a voicemail. I waited all day because I know I'm not the only person they are seeing so called back at 415 called for half an hour and nothing. I don't understand why this is happening.

I've been a patient with Dr. Blick since 2018. My health has improved significantly since I've been with Dr. Blick. The thing I appreciate is how he provides the appropriate testing and/or bloodwork to determine the best course of action for my health needs. Those working in his office are very pleasant and courtesies. They take care of their patients very well. I love the staff.
