To start, I want to say that these people really care about you, whether you are a client of theirs or not. This is how the process begins: You schedule a quick consultation (about 10-15 minutes) when you will be greeted with a phone call from Anne. Immediately, she lets you know that your needs are HEARD and VALUED. After giving a general reason of why you’re calling, they will pair you with one of their top notch coaches, specifically designed for that field, to help get you out of that “stuck” feeling. It was Anne’s generosity and ability to care with empathy that made me choose Modern Therapy. From there, I have been working with Beth for only a few weeks, but I have already noticed significant progress. Beth is an AMAZING coach. She has given me a numerous amount of tools to help live with my anxiety and depression. She will help you even if it isn’t a scheduled session. She makes me feel very comfortable in a world that can feel very scary and unsafe. To say it’s life changing is truly an understatement. She not only allows you voice what you need to voice, not only shows empathy and compassion, but also provides a healthy solution that, not only works, but even feels doable beforehand. This is why I will continue to have my weekly sessions with Beth and why I would recommend Modern Therapy to others!

To say this place has changed my life… wouldn’t do it justice. Beth Anderson - my career & life coach has positivity influenced me to be my best self and coached me through uncertain times in my career. She holds me accountable with action items, shares her wisdom and gives guidance every session. She makes sure I’m aligned with my true self and values. If you are someone in the best of your career (mid 20s thru 50s) who is looking for that amazing person in your corner - look no further than Beth at Modern Therapy. I am so incredibly luckily to know her and have her as a coach. Each and every week I feel better and set measurable goals to become the best version of myself. Margot Kahn is an exceptional therapist. She is impassioned and present. Her commitment to her clients, their well-being, and their growth is inspiring.
