I am honestly dumbfounded by the service and professionalism that my sister Rosa Ortiz has encountered at Dr Palvadi’s office. I have had an experience I wish on no one with severe medical needs. My sister was in to do follow up after seizure and was prescribed a different medication which took 16 days before it was sent in to her pharmacy I was told 3 different times that it was sent in and it wasn’t last but definitely not least my sister had appointment for follow up and 6 month check up on June 9 th 2025 on June 6 th the office left message saying her appointment was cancelled because she needed referral on file she had been in ICU for 7 days and didn’t see voicemail She showed up on Monday and was refused of everything because they had canceled her on Friday never sent her a notice asking for the referral prior never called her and we’re not even including any of the phone calls that we’ve called and called and never received any call back. The doctor is great but the staff I don’t know what to say. I have called and asked to speak to the doctor and I was hung up on so we will be getting a referral somewhere else just saying.!

I have used palvati for several years. She is a decent doctor. Her staff in the other hand are atrocious! I have been waiting on them to process a prior authorization for 3 weeks they wont take or return phone calls not the medical assistant front desk or office manager. They have submitted it twice, INCORRECTLY! And each time it took them 5 days to do that. Wont return my calls so i can explain anything.

Dr. Palvadi was awesome. She took her time asking questions, reviewing the MRI, and doing the exam. She seemed genuinely interested and concerned for me and my health. The staff at her office were also great and very nice and helpful. I'm very thankful I went to see her.
