My husband was here for over a month! They have the best burn team of doctors hands down anyone could ask for. Dr. Chong was the best one of them all abousolutly loved him! The nurses in C tower ICU some were Great and a few was horrible!! The nurses on the second floor in C Tower were hands down the best nurses he had! Mrs.Joy and Mrs. Melanie was very good with him! They were not only there for him but also for me! Thank you too each and everyone of you for such a job well done and saying my husband's life!

If you want to be treated by physician assistants and nurse practitioners and not the doctors, then proceed at your own peril. Had multiple post-op visits weekly and NEVER saw the doctor once. 3 consecutive visits, 3 different physician assistants. Smug, wannabee doctors that could not even read a chart prior to walking into the room. One PA could not even tell the difference between a real skin graft and a synthetic graft. Literally asked me! As if the unhealed wound from the donor site didn’t scream: “Hey! This was a REAL skin graft. This place epitomizes BIG GROUP MEDICINE: have a doctor do a five digit $ surgery and then never see you again. It is a statistical fact that 50% of all physician assistants finish in the bottom half of their class. I suspect I know where at least three of them may work

Was sent here four years ago by my Doctor for a broken bone in my hand. My Doctor scheduled the appointment two weeks past my injury, and, as a result, my hand began the healing process. I still visited this location upon my Doctors advisement. When I arrived, the “Doctor” on site, did not look at my hand, did not look at X-rays, only said that my previous Doctor scheduled me too far out, the bone was beginning to heal, and he would need to go in, re-break my hand, and perform surgery. This, mind you, is despite me having full function of my hand. I declined services and left. Now I’m discovering that they have billed me near 200 dollars because I refused to allow them to con me into a surgery without their performing ANY kind of investigation. Con artists. The lot of them.
