We brought our four week old baby, Maren, to Dr. Z (Dr. Zinovy Chukhman) at AlignRight Chiropractic in Richardson after he was strongly recommended by several doctors, including our pediatrician at Shine Pediatrics. From the moment we walked in, the office felt calm, welcoming, and truly family friendly. Dr. Chukhman was patient and extremely thorough. He explained everything in a way that made sense, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. He handled Maren with such gentle confidence that we immediately felt at ease. Both mom and baby were adjusted, and the care felt thoughtful, careful, and tailored to each of them. Janel and the entire team were warm, attentive, and professional, which made the whole visit stress free. As a proud dad, I even brought my camera to capture a few photos from Maren’s first chiropractic visit. Highly recommend AlignRight Chiropractic and Dr. Z.

Dr. Z and Dr. Blake are truly the greatest. They’re extremely thorough, attentive, and genuinely care about getting you better. I am writing this review as a chiropractor myself. I injured my low back roughly 2/3 years ago doing heavy dead lifts in the gym. I had a disc injury, and I just dealt with it for the better half of the last 2/3 years. It altered so many things in my life. I couldn't do ANY back training in the gym that wasn't fully chest supported, and it limited many things I could do with leg training as well. Anything I did that require my low back to be used AT ALL lit up my entire low back and ruined my lift. More things I had trouble with that cause my low back to hurt: walking for longer than 30 minutes, driving for longer than an hour, doing the dishes, adjusting my patients, etc. It affected me physically and mentally. Finally, I started receiving spinal decompression and adjustments 2-3x per week for the past 12 weeks (24 sessions), from Dr Z, and my low back pain is completely gone. I am able to do all of the things I listed PAIN FREE, and most importantly, I am able to enjoy lifting again also PAIN FREE, and treat my own patients pain free as well. My overall quality of life has drastically improved as a result. Dr Z made sure I was treated intently every session, and he provided incredible, precise manual adjustments. I can say this treatment truly improved the entire quality of my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
